Our Policy on Returns & Exchanges
At Flux Candy, we take immense pride in the quality of our small-batch, artisan fruit gummies. Because our products are perishable food items intended for consumption, we have strict guidelines in place to ensure the health, safety, and satisfaction of all our customers.
Defective Products Only
We accept returns and issue refunds for defective products only. If your order arrives damaged, crushed in transit, with a compromised seal, or if you receive the incorrect item, we will make it right.
If you believe your product is defective, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery. We will require a photograph of the defective product and its packaging, along with your order number, to process your refund or replacement.
Non-Defective Products
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on non-defective items. All sales of non-defective food products are final. We cannot accept returns simply because you did not care for a specific flavor or ordered the wrong item by mistake.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If a product is verified as defective, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement box of the same item, at our discretion.
