My love for authentic French confections started years ago, but I grew frustrated with a market full of gummies made with corn syrup, gelatin, and artificial flavors. I wanted to create something better—a candy that was both intensely flavorful and wonderfully simple.

That's why I founded Flux Candy here in Queen Creek, Arizona. We honor the timeless art of pâte de fruit, using traditional methods and a relentless focus on quality. We start with real fruit purees and juices, never flavorings, to capture the true essence of sun-ripened fruit in every piece.
